ELISA kit for quantification of the major allergen from (Cryptomeria japonica), Cry j 1.
The pre-blocked and coated microplates with capture antibodies and the use of enzyme-labeled detection antibodies enable easy and rapid measurement.
・Quick measurement: test results in 2 hours and 15 minutes
・High specificity: Cry j 1 specific, having no cross reactivity with Cry j 2
・Can be performed at room temperature (no incubator required)
・Easy to use: microplates that can be used without washing after opening
・Compact package
・Control of the pollen lots
・Measurement of Cry j 1 in house dust
・Measurement of Cry j 1 in the air
・Evaluation and control of Cry j 1 concetration in a chamber that has been scattered
・Development and evaluation of products against the pollen (filters, air purifiers, cleaners and so on)

Cry j 1 sample solutions were measured in triplicate x 6 times and the reproducibilities were evaluated.
Cry j 1 was specifically measured and Cry j 2 (0.1、1、10、100 ng/mL) was no cross with in this assay.
